Information we collect

When you submit a quote request through this website, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, business email, phone number, facility address, type of business, number of locations, approximate kitchen size, the services you're interested in, your preferred schedule and any additional details you choose to share.

We also record which page the request was submitted from so we can understand how visitors find us.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiry, prepare a cleaning scope and quote, arrange service, and communicate with you about your request.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Contact consent

The quote form asks you to confirm that we may contact you about your inquiry. Submitting the form without that confirmation is not possible, and you can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to stop contacting you.

Where your information is stored

Quote requests are stored in our secure business system and are accessible only to the people who need them to respond to your request and deliver service.

Where a request is passed to a team member or service partner to deliver the work, they receive only the details needed to complete it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry and service records for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain normal business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we're required to retain it.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set advertising cookies. If website analytics or conversion tracking is enabled in future, this policy will be updated to describe what is measured and how, and any consent requirements that apply will be respected.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've submitted, or to stop contacting you. Use the quote form to make the request and include the email address you originally used.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
